Knowle Methodist congregation is a multi generational and multi racial church on the corner of Redcatch Road and Wells Road, near Broadwalk Shopping Centre. Our worship includes a mix of contemporary and traditional music and we are an inclusive church, welcoming all. We believe that part of our God given calling is to work in unity with local Christians whatever their denominational background and we are part of ‘Churches Together in Knowle and Totterdown’.

Sunday services take place at 10:30am.

We have an active junior church which is held during the morning service: children usually stay for the first part of the service before going out to their own activities.

Junior Church every week in term time

“Fun Sunday” - a bigger children’s activity session during the morning service, on the first Sunday of each month

We run a number of small groups across SBMC so we can enjoy conversation and learning together. Online groups take place fortnightly on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. In person groups meet on Monday and Tuesday mornings and Monday evenings.

We also run Alpha courses for those who are new to and interested in faith to explore Christianity.

We have been looking at the topics of Friendship and Hope and exploring what the Bible has to say about these topics. It isn’t just about study though but just as much about friendships and growing in confidence. Do join us.

CHURCH ACTIVITIES
