Minister's Newsletter

Following several weeks of lockdown and with the gradual relaxation of the strictest rules in the UK, we look with sadness at the numbers of fatalities across the UK and worldwide, knowing that each one is an individual life precious to God.

We are beginning to plan for some return to worship in most of our buildings in July, but we have learnt again that church is not just about Sunday mornings in a building, it is about the people of God showing his love wherever they are.

We are worshipping God at home, using printed news / worship sheets and videos and connecting with each other on zoom on Sunday mornings and during the week.

We are also endeavouring to love our neighbours and each other, and have seen so much kindness in all our neighbourhoods.

We look forward to a future that will be different from the past - and go into it with confidence, knowing that Jesus is with us every step of the way.

You are very welcome to get in touch with us if you would like to find out more about what we do.

Let's pray we will honour him in all our words and actions,.

with love in Christ

Latest news and events:

Please join us for worship on Sunday 28th June, where we're thinking about hope. What gives you hope, I wonder? There's also an update on the work of charities helping ensure that rough sleepers in Bristol have food available to them while the usual agencies aren't operating as normal.

We can't gather together at the moment, but we can still worship God. We are currently meeting via zoom on Sunday mornings, sending out videos by email and weekly worship and news sheets by post.

Do contact us if you would like to be included.
