Meet the Team

Rev Peter Masvotore

Minister

Hi all,

I’m Rev Peter. I lead worship at all 5 SBMC churches and I am eager to journey alongside the unique and vibrant communities of Knowle, St. Peter’s, Bedminster, Parkway, and Withywood. While we may come from different backgrounds, we are united by the same faith, the same spirit, and the same mission to share God’s love in our neighborhoods. My core objectives are to serve my local congregations and fostering community and fellowship, creating spaces where diverse groups—including local church members and the Zimbabwean Fellowship—can connect, worship, and grow in faith together.

Pastoral Support

Hi all,

I am Kavita, Pastoral worker at South Bristol Methodist Church. I take care of congregational needs and work on the website and newsletter. I am also a Worship Leader and a Junior Church worker. In my spare time I enjoy being creative, travelling, learning new things and relaxing. My favourite Bible scripture is about love. It is in 1 Corinthians, 13, 4-7.

Hi all,

I am Natalie, Community worker at South Bristol Methodist Church. I organise outreach initiatives and connections with our local community. I am also a Worship Leader. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music and reading in my spare time. My favourite song is “I dare to be different” by Commissioner Harry Read (lyrics) and Commissioner Dick Krommenhoek (music) both prominent figures in the Salvation Army. It’s about standing firm in faith even when you don’t fit the mould. As someone who is neurodiverse it reminds me that being set apart is a strength, not a flaw.
